Look and See
There is nothing but a Stillness
Something grips the projecting Mind
And all the images fall apart
A serene Presence so strong
Holds the Heart and Mind for long
Can't move or think at all
Its the Unknown's Call
If ever you feel this again, my friend
Throw all that you have; in front of you away
For this happens far too Rare
This Divine Silence has no time to spare
If It drives you Mad or Insane, Let It
Once in a life time chance, don't forget it
For when This Moment comes wild and bare
Sit Quietly, and Naked, No Worry, Fear or Care.
